Upgrade/ Downgrade Speed Package

You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your speed package by using the Update Package Form. Opting for an upgrade will be swiftly processed within 24 hours, while selecting a downgrade will result in the changes taking effect from the 1st of the upcoming calendar month.

Cancellations

The option to terminate the Service Order remains available to customers with a written notice of 1 (one) calendar month.  For cancellation, a formal request should be sent to cancellations@solidfibre.co.za or through the cancellation form before the 1st day of the month; notices received on or after the 1st will lead to termination the subsequent month. In case of cancellation during the contract period, an early cancellation fee of R 2,000 (Two Thousand Rand) is applicable, calculated as (R 2000 / remaining contract balance) multiplied by the outstanding contract months, payable within 30 (thirty) days of termination to cover installation costs.
